Personal Users

Frequently, personal and home users feel compelled to purchase a new computer because your old computer is slow, or you have continuous pop-ups, or your documents disappear. Maybe you have seen pop-up warnings proclaiming that you have a virus or Trojan. The pop-up may have offered you an opportunity to purchase software to remove the virus, and you believed it. But, alas, the virus keeps coming back.

Even if you think you are protected by antivirus software, "things" happen.

Unfortunately, the best known and popular antivirus products can leave you exposed and will not catch all viruses, worms, Trojans and other threats. Fortunately, these problems can usually be corrected quickly by a combination of advanced virus and spyware scans combined with updated antivirus software.

Setting up new printers, scanners, home networks, and software may seem complicated, or perhaps you are just not sure of yourself. Perhaps you followed all the instructions, and it still doesn't work.

Or, one of the worst of all problems, you get a "blue screen" giving you information that you don't understand such as "boot sector is missing or damaged.”

If you are under a vendor's Maintenance plan, your first step is to call the vendor's support. But before you reload all your software, as you may be advised to do, call us for advice.

In fact, if you are ever told by any computer repair service that your only option is to reload your software and reinitialize your hard drive, call us for advice.

Unless you have a hardware issue that requires a hard disk replacement, there is most likely a recovery option available to you.

THIS KIND OF TELEPHONE CONSULT SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FROM US AT NO CHARGE -- EVEN IF WE TALK YOU THROUGH THE RECOVERY!!
